A physical disability can have a big impact on the way you deal with your everyday life.

At Serenity you can be assured that we will design flexible, individual service plans to support your independent living.

If you have been through a programme of reablement, you may still need some care and support afterwards. Some help to keep you independent until you can cope by yourself. We can provide flexible support at any time, this may be for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day.

Our highly professional staff are trained in Physical Disability to identify your personal needs and support you to remain as fit, independent and as healthy as possible.

Serenity Service Examples:

  1. Personal Support
    We can provide personal support in your home which can be anything from cooking, cleaning to personal care and administration of medication.
  2. Health Needs Awareness
    We will monitoring your general health condition and circumstances and work with your family and other professionals involved with your care.
  3. Food and Nutrition
    We will helping you to plan your menu specific to your nutritional needs, prepare food and assist you if necessary with feeding and drinking.
  4. Money and Shopping
    We will help you with shopping at local stores or independently, help you with handling money, pension collecting, bill paying and other money related issues at your request.
  5. Carers Support
    We will help your family or personal carer to have a break by providing a respite service.
  6. Safety Issues
    We will help you to keep safe and healthy by providing advice and support and telling you of other services that you might find useful.
  7. Night Sleeping or Sitting Service
    We will providing you with a carer(s) that will stay with you overnight and sleep or stay awake in your home, so that they can help you during the night if you need them.
